目的介紹1例機器人體外通道螺釘定位系統聯合骨盆隨意外架輔助復位微創治療復雜骨盆骨折的經驗。方法 2015年8月收治1例因交通事故傷致復雜骨盆骨折的30歲女性患者。影像學檢查示骨盆骨折Tile分型C3型，Young-Burgess分型左側LC-2型、右側APC-3型。傷后48 h生命體征平穩后手術，通過骨盆隨意外架、骨牽引定向術中復位、機器人導航引導通道螺釘固定。結果患者術中出血量50 mL，術后切口愈合良好。術后次日影像學檢查顯示內固定物位置滿意，術后3個月骨折愈合，隨訪6個月內無內固定物松動。術后6個月根據Majeed功能評分標準評價為89分，達優。結論采用機器人體外通道螺釘定位系統聯合骨盆隨意外架輔助復位微創治療復雜骨盆骨折可行，能獲得較好療效。
