目的探討葡萄糖酸氯己定在臨床中代替75%乙醇消毒液行皮膚消毒后測指尖血糖的可行性。方法 2013年1月－3月采用同期自身對照方法對40例術后患者進行隨機指尖血糖監測，分別將患者同側手的食指與中指隨機用葡萄糖酸氯己定與75%乙醇消毒液消毒后監測血糖，對兩種消毒方法測得的血糖值進行配對t檢驗。結果葡萄糖酸氯己定與75%乙醇消毒液消毒所測血糖值分別為（8.13±2.21）、（8.26±2.26）mmol/L，差異無統計學意義（t=1.360，P=0.182）。結論臨床使用葡萄糖酸氯己定代替乙醇消毒液消毒皮膚，監測指尖血糖值安全、可行。
