隨著人類社會的發展，生活、生產和行為方式的變化，醫學模式也隨之改變，現代“文明病”和各種心身疾病改變著“疾病譜”和死亡順序，心理精神疾病愈來愈引起人們的重視。社會文化環境在疾病過程中起一定作用，其中媒體為信息傳播和獲取提供了不同的方式和平臺。近來有研究發現各種關于自殺、災難、創傷、吸煙、飲酒等負面信息的媒體報道將會對個人的行為產生負面的影響，甚至會引發精神障礙。因此，媒體與精神行為障礙的關系引起了人們的重視，在此就媒體與精神行為障礙的關系作一綜述。
