慢性前列腺炎（CP）是發病率非常高、臨床癥狀復雜、治療棘手的成年男性常見疾病之一，由于其發病機制、病理生理學改變還不十分清楚，目前治療尚無統一方案。現按美國國立衛生研究院分類的Ⅱ型及Ⅲ型CP標準，就循證治療現狀作綜述評價并就目前狀況提出問題與展望。
