    • Effect of Diisopropylamini Dichlorocacetas on Impairment of Hepatic Function in Patients with Sepsis

ObjectiveTo investigate the protective effects of diisopropylamini dichlorocacetas on impairment of hepatic function in patients with sepsis. MethodsThe 60 inpatients with liver dysfunction and sepsis treated in our hospital between June 2010 and December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). In the treatment group, patients were treated with intravenous diisopropylamini dichlorocacetas for 7 days, while patients in the control group were treated with Vitamin C for the same period. The venous blood sample of each patient of the two groups was collected and examined for the content of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin, and direct bilirubin before and after treatment, and the effective rates of the two groups were determined. ResultsLiver function indicators after treatment of both the two groups were reduced. Compared with the control group, the liver function indicators were significantly decreased and the total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group (P<0.05). ConclusionDiisopropylamini dichlorocacetas is effective in the treatment of impairment of hepatic function in patients with sepsis.

    • The role of the autonomic nervous system in liver

ObjectiveTo investigate the anatomic distribution of hepatic nerves in liver and summarize the physiological and pathological functions of autonomic nervous system in liver.MethodThe literatures of studies related to human and animal liver neuroanatomy and function in recent years were reviewed, and the physiological and pathological functions involved in liver were summarized according to sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve, respectively.ResultHepatic nerves were mainly involved in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, immune response, inflammation, hemodynamics, alcoholic liver disease, tumor metastasis, and liver regeneration after injury.ConclusionThe mechanism of nerve regulation in liver is complex, and understanding these mechanisms provides a general new idea for the future treatment strategies for liver diseases.

    • Influence of Radiofrequency Ablation on Hepatic Function and Nursing Measures

 Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) on hepatic function of patients suffering hepatocelluler carcinoma and to summarize corresponding nursing measures. Methods: Ninetyone patients suffering hepatocelluler carcinoma received RFA were studied with their hepatic function preoperation and postoperation. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TB) were selected as the liver functional parameters, and perioperative changes of the two parameters were measured. Influence of RFA on hepatic function was analyzed and corresponding nursing measures were summarized. Results: Significant changes of ALT and TB were observed early after RFA,and there were statistical difference between preoperation and postoperation (P<005). Conclusion: Proper nursing measures should be applied to improve hypohepatia and promote recovery of patients.
