培養大批合格的全科醫生是深化醫療衛生體制改革、實現人人享有基本醫療的重要保證。全科醫生的培養在我國處于探索階段，綜合性教學醫院在全科醫生的培養中扮演著重要的角色。近年來，四川大學華西醫院在全科醫生培養方面做了一些積極嘗試與探索，現就其培養現狀、成效及存在的問題逐一進行闡述剖析，以期與同行共同探索大型教學醫院開展全科醫師培養的有效途徑。
【摘要】 目的 調查四川大學醫院管理MBA項目的學員滿意度，分析其影響因素，尋求相關啟示，為現代醫院管理者決策提供參考依據。 方法 以2006年-2010年四川大學醫院管理MBA項目學員為研究對象，采用自制的調查問卷，對參與培訓的336名學員進行統一的問卷調查，對結果采用logistic回歸分析。 結果 發放問卷336份，回收有效問卷320份，有效回收率95%。86.2%的學員表示對培訓項目的效果滿意。課程內容的實踐性、培訓組織管理模式、是否有豐富的個案分析等因素與學員滿意度有關（Plt;0.05）。 結論 要做好醫院管理MBA的培訓項目，需要關注影響學員滿意度的因素，需在課程內容設計、培訓模式改進、案例資料庫的甄選等方面努力，從而設計更符合現代醫院管理需要的MBA培訓課程。【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of students in the MBA programs of Sichuan university, analyze the influential factors for the satisfaction degree. Methods Self-made questionnaire was applied in the investigation on 336 students who attended the MBA program of Sichuan University from 2006 to 2010. The investigation results were collected and analyzed by using logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 320 (89.65%) valid questionnaires were retrieved among all the 336 questionnaires assigned. In all the students, 86.2% were contented with the current situation of scientific training program. The content of the course practice, management of training mode and whether there was a rich case analysis were influential factors for students′ satisfaction degree (Plt;0.05). Conclusions The influential factors for students’ satisfaction degree should be taken into consideration in order to better carry out the MBA hospital management training program. More emphasis should be paid on the course design, training mode adjustment and selection of cases, in order to cater for modern hospital managers.
ObjectiveTo construct the general practice tutors’ ability system in community training bases under the background of hospital-community integrated teaching of general practice.Methods From January to April 2021, literature analysis, expert group consultation, in-depth interview and questionnaire survey were conducted to construct the grass-roots general practice tutors’ ability system, and exploratory factor analysis method was applied, using main component analysis to extract the competency elements. Results There were 4 first level indicators and 20 second level indicators in the system, among which the first level indicators were personal characteristics and professionalism, teaching and research ability, basic level clinical practice ability, and base organization management ability. Conclusion This research enriches the indicators and connotations of the general practice tutors in community training base of general practice, and provides empirical research basis for the selection, ability training and performance evaluation of tutors in community practice bases of general practice medicine.
目的 研究環氧合酶-2抑制劑藥物的應用狀況和發展趨勢，為臨床合理、有效、經濟地選用藥物提供科學依據。 方法 采用金額排序和用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費用（DDC）方法，對四川大學華西醫院2008年－2010年環氧合酶-2抑制劑藥物的臨床應用情況進行統計分析。 結果 2008年－2010年間，該院環氧合酶-2抑制劑藥物的應用數量和銷售金額呈逐年上升趨勢，其中選擇性環氧合酶-2抑制劑藥物的用量增幅較大，非選擇性環氧合酶-2抑制劑藥物用量呈下降趨勢。 結論 該院環氧合酶-2抑制劑藥物臨床應用合理，選擇性環氧合酶-2占主導地位，有較好的發展前景。
