The dynamic changeS of density of epidermal melanocytes in the full-thickness autografts of skinon guinea pigs were investigated by means of histochamical and autoradiographic techniques at variousjntervals during 3 months peried potoperatively,It was found that the increase of epidermalmelaneeytes was accompanied by hyperpigmentation of the skin grafts.
