目的:探討腹腔鏡膽囊切除術的適應癥及適用人群。方法:回顧分析我院1998～2007年2168例腹腔鏡膽囊切除術的疾病種類及年齡、性別分布。結果:膽結石伴慢性膽囊炎1994例占91.97%,膽囊息肉106例,占4.89%,急性膽囊炎伴膽囊結石68例,占3.14%;男性575例,占26.52%,女性1693例,占73.48%;年齡lt;20歲21例,占0.97%,21~55歲1570例,占72.70%,56~65歲363例,占16.74%,年齡gt;66歲208例,占9.59%,最小年齡15歲,最大年齡84歲。手術中轉59例,占2.72%。結論:慢性膽囊炎、膽囊結石、膽囊良性隆起樣病變是腹腔鏡膽囊切除術的主要適應癥;腹腔鏡膽囊切除術適用于各年齡段的患者。
The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) released the "2024 ESC guidelines for the management of elevated blood pressure and hypertension" on August 30, 2024. This guideline updates the 2018 "Guidelines for the management of arterial hypertension." One notable update is the introduction of the concept of "elevated blood pressure" (120-139/70-89 mm Hg). Additionally, a new systolic blood pressure target range of 120-129 mm Hg has been proposed for most patients receiving antihypertensive treatment. The guideline also includes numerous additions or revisions in areas such as non-pharmacological interventions and device-based treatments for hypertension. This article interprets the guideline's recommendations on definition and classification of elevated blood pressure and hypertension, and cardiovascular disease risk assessment, diagnosing hypertension and investigating underlying causes, preventing and treating elevated blood pressure and hypertension. We provide a comparison interpretation with the 2018 "Guidelines for the management of arterial hypertension" and the "2017 ACC/AHA guideline on the prevention, detection, evaluation, and management of high blood pressure in adults."
