Objective To resolve the tough problem of how to observe the growing cells in an opaque vector. Methods The urethral epithelial cells from a young male New Zealand rabbit were inoculated, and were primarily cultured in vitro and subcultured for 3 passages. Then, the urethralepithelial cells were cultured in the collagen chitosan complex for 3, 7, 14 and 21 days. The cells were dyed with 6-carboxyfluorescein diacetateacetoxymethyl ester and propidium iodine, respectively. Then, Interactive Laser Cytometer was used to detect the growing cells. Results The urethral epithelial cells grew and proliferated very well in the collagen chitosan complex vector. After the urethral epithelial cells grew in the collagen-chitosan complex vector for 3 and 7 days, the fluorescent density amount of the surviving cells were(1.09±0.13)×10.8 and (2.04±0.13)×10.8, respectively. However, after 14and 21 days, the fluorescent density amount of the surviving cells was (0.55± 0.09)×10.8 and (0.47±0.03)×108, respectively. There was a significant difference when compared with the amount of the surviving cells at 3 and 7 days(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Interactive Laser Cytometer for measurement of the green and red fluorescent densities of different waves, the activity of the cultured urethral epithelial cells in vitro can be rapidlymeasured with the in situ quantitation method. This method solves a difficult problem of observing the growing cells in an opaque vector. The dynamic growing state of the engineering tissues can be observed.
目的:通過應用護理程序于準分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術,使護理行為標準化,程序化,系統化,減少由于護理問題引發的手術并發癥。方法:將100例患者隨機分為常規組和程序組,分別對其實施單純性健康宣教法和模擬訓練,實地參觀為一體的護理程序法,從評估,診斷,計劃,實施,評價,五個方面科學實施,最終從焦慮指數,術中配合,術后滿意率三個方面對兩組效果進行評估。結果:常規組焦慮指數的SAS評分為42.49±1.63,程序組為32.78±1.56,兩者之間有顯著差異(t=9.89,Plt;0.01);術中常規組頭位改變率13.27%(13/98),眼位變化率16.33%(16/98),程序組分別為3.06%(3/98)、2.04%(2/98),兩者之間有顯著差異(χ2=15.18,Plt;0.01);常規組術后7天裸眼視力大于或等于最佳矯正視力的常規組75眼(76.53%),程序組95眼(96.94%),兩者之間有顯著差異(X2=14.65,Plt;0.01)。結論:護理程序的實施規范了護士對準分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術的全程護理,取得了較好的臨床效果。
摘要:目的:探討聯合應用激光汽化減壓(percutaneous laser disc discompression,PLDD)、射頻熱凝靶點消融、臭氧注射治療腰椎間盤突出癥的的個體化選擇。方法: 自2006年6月,在CT引導下選擇性聯合應用PLDD、射頻和臭氧治療腰椎間盤突出癥患者267例,突出椎間盤的特點個體化選擇穿刺路徑和治療方法;其中PLDD聯合臭氧治療92例(A組),射頻聯合臭氧治療67例(B組),PLDD、射頻和臭氧三者聯合治療108例(C組)。結果:所有患者均順利完成手術,于術后1周、1個月,3個月及6個月隨訪記錄VAS評分和Macanab優良率。三組患者VAS評分經方差分析,手術前、后有顯著性差異(Plt;0.05),術后1周至6個月的VAS評分統計無顯著性差異(Pgt;0.05);術后三組間VAS評分、Macanab優良率比較無顯著性差異(Pgt;0.05)。結論: 選擇性聯合應用微創技術進行個體化的立體治療,具有擴大微創手術適應癥、提高手術療效的優勢,值得推廣和利用。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the selectivity and individualization of using percutaneous laser disc discompression(PLDD) and ozone injection combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation curing lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods: From June 2006, 267 lumbar disc herniation cases were operated that guided by CT, the characteristic of the liable disc was confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging and CT before the procedure. 92 cases (A group) were treated by PLDD combined with ozone injection,67 case were treated by radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation combined with ozone injection, 108 cases were treated by PLDD and ozone injection combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation. Results: All case been successfully operated, the theraptic effect was evaluated by comparing the value of VAS and excellent and good rate of therapy at preoperation and at 1 week, 1month,3 months, 6 months after operation. The value of VAS in three groups at postoperation were remarkably lower than preoperation (Plt;0.05). The excellent and good rate of therapy at 6 months was respectively 94.5% in group A,94.0% in group B and 95.4% in group C,no significant difference was observed between the three groups(Pgt;0.05).Conclusion: The selectivity and individualization of using PLDD and ozone injection combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation curing lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion can enlarge the indication and improve the clinical curative effect, it should be spreaded in clinic.
Objective To verify the effects of the treatment of krypton yellow laser for diabetic macular edema.Methods A total of 430 eyes in 251 cases of diabetic focal macular edema, diffuse edema and cystoid edema were treated with krypton yellow laser photocoagulation. Those with focal macular edema underwent the focal photocoagulation, and those with diffuse edema and cystoid edema underwent the grid photocoagulation.The visual acuity examination, fundus fluoresec in angiography and colour photography of the fundus were performed before and every 3 or 4 months after the treatment.The changes of macular edema after the treatment were analysed.The follow-up duration was 3 to 23 months (with an average of 15.5 months). Results After laser focal photocoagulation in 186 eyes with focal macular edema, visual acuity was improved or maintained in 183 eyes (98.39% ). Edema disappeared completely or partially in 184 eyes (98.93%). After laser grid photocoagulation in 175 eyes with diffuse macular edema, visual acuity was improved or maintained in 163 eyes (93.14%). Edema disappeared completely or partially in 164 eyes (93.71%). After laser grid photocoagulation in 69 eyes with cystoid macular edema, visual acuity was improved or maintained in 59 eyes (85.5% ). Edema disappeared completely or partially in 64 eyes (92.75%).Conclusion The linchpin of the treatment of krypton yellow laser for diabetic macular edema lies in the insurance of the effective laser macules and the adaptability of selecting the proper parameter of laser according to the degree and scope of the macular edema and the visual acuity. Objective lt;brgt;To inspect the rate of success of anastomosis and tissue damage with different power levels of photocoagulation in the treatment of experimental branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) by laser induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis. lt;brgt;Methods lt;brgt;Forty pigmented rabbits (80 eyes) were divided into four groups in random, and 10 (20 eyes) in each. Chroioretinal venous anastomosis was attempted to create using the krypton red laser with 4 different power levels (group A: 400 mW,group B: 600 mW,group C: 800 mW,group D: 1000 mW) in these animals in which BRVO had previously been created photodynamically. Fundus photography and fundus fluorescein angiography were performed at various times after the treatment and histological examination was taken at the end of the study. lt;brgt;Results lt;brgt;The model of BRVO was successfully set up. At the lowest power of 400 mW there was an absence of anastomosis formation and the damage to the retina and choroid was mild, Bruch′s membrane showed no evidence of rupture. At the power levels of 600 mW and 800 mW an anastomosis formed in 15% and 55% respectively and the damage was medium in degree. At the highest power level of 1 000 mW a 80% rate of success was obtained, however, the damage to the retina and choroid tended to be severe.The difference of the rate of success of anastomosis between different groups was highly significant (P=0.001), the difference between group B and group C was also highly significant (PBC=0.008), and the difference between group A and group B, group C and group D was not significant (PAB=0.072、PCD=0.091). lt;brgt; lt;brgt;Conclusion lt;brgt;The optimal power level of krypton red laser induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis is 800 mW, 0.1 s, 50 μm in our study. lt;brgt; lt;brgt;(Chin J Ocul Fundus Dis,2002,18:13-16)
Objective To investigate the early effects of intervention with tanakan on retinal function in diabetic retinopathy(DR) after laser photocoagulation. Methods Prospective random controlled study was performed on 60 Patients (60 eyes) from 23 to 69 years old with DR(phase Ⅲ~Ⅳ). The multifocal electroretinograms (MERG) were tested with VERIS Ⅳ before, the 3rd day and the 7th day after photocoagulation. Results No significant differences were found in the latencies and response densities of N1,P1 and N2 between the two groups before photocoagulation. Compared with that before photocoagulation, three days after photocoagulation the latencies in tanakan group had no significant change. The response densities of N1,P1 and N2 reduced and the changes were much smaller than that in control. Three days after photocoagulation, the response densities of P1 and N2 in the central macula 5°area were much higher and the latencies of P1 and N2 were significantly shorter than that in control group. There were no significant differences in the response densities in the 7th day and the differences in the latencies between two groups still existed. Conclusion Tanakan may be effective in preventing the retina from damage of retinal photocoagulation in some degree in DR. (Chin J Ocul Fundus Dis, 2002, 18: 208-211)
