    • 兒童保健門診對兒童家長健康教育的效果

      【摘要】目的觀察兒童保健門診對兒童家長健康教育的效果。方法對兒童保健門診兒童家長有針對性地實施健康教育,抽取在2009年16月來本院兒保門診體檢的6個月~2歲健康兒童1245人。其中,體檢次數6次以上者612人,3~5次者422人,2次以內者211人。對年齡、初復診、病種、預后、知識層次、就醫習慣、對健康知識的需求和知曉程度等進行分流和分層采用不同的教育方法。針對患者所患疾病對其家長進行口頭宣教和指導,并利用科普教育,贈送宣傳小冊子、圖片或看科普電視的方式進行宣教。結果對兒童保健門診兒童及家屬實施健康教育可提高患者對護士的滿意度,對醫院的信任度,促進患者康復。結論在門診患者及其家屬中開展健康教育,進行人性化的高水平護理,可以提高疾病的治愈率,提高患者對醫院的滿意度和信任度。

    • Evaluation of the Course of “Being a Friend with Patients”

      Objective To assess the effectiveness of the course of “Being a Friend with Patients”. Methods There were three parts in this course: (1) To experience what the empathy was, by counseling activities; (2) To accompany patients in hospital; (3) To share the experience after accompanying. There were 118 participants who were freshmen at the end of 2005. Results and Conclusions According to feedback from the students, they understand empathy and how the patients feel after the counseling. The course is accepted by all students. It may help students to be more attentive to and concerned about their patients, and to provied help for them.

    • 乳腺癌患者圍手術期的健康教育

      目的:幫助患者獲得有關知識和技能,加快康復。方法:將64例患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組加強系統性健康教育,即收集患者的相關資料進行全面評估,制定相應的健康教育計劃,采用多種形式對患者進行圍術期健康教育。對照組按外科護理常規進行護理。結果:觀察組患者掌握疾病知識的有效率為96.88%,對照組為59.38%;觀察組術后并發癥的發生率為6.25%,對照組為34.38%;觀察組患者對護理質量滿意率為96.88%,對照組為71.88%。結論:實施有計劃、有目標、有評價的系統性健康教育能使患者保持健康的生活方式及行為方式,從而提高了生活質量及生存率。

    • 不同健康教育方式對妊娠期糖尿病相關因素的影響

      【摘要】目的 探討不同健康教育方式對妊娠期糖尿病患者治療效果及母嬰合并癥的影響。方法 2005年6月-2009年9月將62例妊娠期糖尿病患者隨機分為個體健康教育組(A組,31例)及集中健康教育組(B組,31例)。在應用胰島素治療的基礎上,分別給予相應的健康教育,2個月后進行隨訪及生化檢測,觀察兩組患者的空腹及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白及并發癥發生情況。結果 健康教育前,兩組患者空腹及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白比較均無統計學意義。實施不同健康教育后,A組患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白明顯優于B組(Plt;005);低血糖發生率、母嬰合并癥發生率均顯著降低(Plt;0.05)。結論 個體化健康教育可有效地控制血糖,降低相關并發癥的發生,且更有效地幫助妊娠期糖尿病患者達到安全分娩的目的。

    • Evidence-Based Medicine in Quality Management of Long-Term-System Clinical Medicine Teaching

      Objective To explore the effect of applying evidence-based medicine theory to quality management in long-term-system clinical medicine teaching. Methods We introduced the concept of evidence-based quality management system of clinical medicine to the delivery of teaching with Internet-based teaching quality real time supervision system as the core. A special quality scale was used to assess the teaching quality of teachers and the results were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 using u test. Results The system stored 853 280 pieces of data from the years 2001 to 2003. Up to 96.4% (275/285) of the evaluated topics scored over 85 points. Whether the teachers had overseas experience or not and whether their ages were over 45 or not had no significant influence on the teaching quality (P >0.05), but their degrees had influence on the teaching quality (P <0.05). Conclusion In long-term-system clinical medicine teaching quality management, we should apply the concept and approach of EBM to our practice so that we can ensure that the teaching quality of long-term-system clinical medicine will improve steadily.

    • 直觀教學法在白內障術前宣傳教育中的應用

      目的為更好地開展白內障的術前宣傳教育(宣教)、普及相關知識等提供一定的思路、方法和依據。 方法選取 2014 年 1 月—12 月行超聲乳化吸除術+人工晶狀體植入術的 123 例白內障患者,按入院時間的先后分為觀察組(62 例)和對照組(61 例),分別采用直觀教學法和零散宣教兩種形式進行宣教,比較兩種宣教形式對患者在手術相關知識的掌握、實際操作完成情況和術中配合程度的影響。 結果觀察組患者掌握術前相關知識的成績為良好的比例(58.07%)顯著高于對照組(24.59%),掌握術前相關知識的得分 [(78.65±11.26)分] 明顯高于對照組 [(70.33±12.06)分],各項操作完成合格率(91.94%)高于對照組(78.69%),術中配合程度好的比例(90.30%)明顯高于對照組(72.10%),手術時間 [(6.10±1.00)min] 短于對照組 [(6.74±1.11)min],差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05)。 結論直觀教學法有助于患者掌握手術相關知識,提高實際操作水平,并促進手術順利進行,且該方法簡單、易行、患者易于接受,適宜在臨床推廣應用。

    • 慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育需求調查分析

      目的:為了解慢性乙型肝炎患者對乙肝相關知識的了解程度,對健康教育內容和方式的需求,為臨床實施健康教育提供依據。方法:采用問卷調查方式,問卷為自行設計,經反復修改,并行預調查,證明可行。發出調查問卷141份,收回113份,回收率80.1%.由專職護士在統一指導語下先對患者作必要的解釋,然后由患者獨立完成問卷;將資料量化后輸入計算機,數據用統計軟件SPSS11.0處理,問卷總分用x-±s進行t檢驗。結果:從113例慢性乙肝患者問卷平均得分為(11.54±2.65),基本達到及格要求,反映出患者有一定的健康信息儲量,但缺乏較深層次的健康知識指導;慢性乙肝患者對乙肝相關知識的了解情況與文化程度及病程長短相關;對能解決實際問題的教育內容需求較多,最受歡迎的健康教育方式為發放健康手冊,一病一卡(建立患者檔案,醫護定時上門)。結論:慢性乙肝患者有一定的健康信息儲量,但不全面;患者對健康教育有較強的需求愿望;患者受著不同程度的心理壓力,且知行未完全合一;因此, 對慢性乙型肝炎患者的健康教育需加強知識的深度和廣度,重視教育內容和方式的有機結合,還要加強對慢性乙肝患者的心理疏導,情感支持,也是至關重要的。

    • The Effect of Using “Education Prescription” in the Evidence Retrieval Teaching Practice

      Objective To observing about how effect is the education prescription using by the medical students, looking into whether the manner can attach the students attention and improve on the retrieval ability for them. Methods Choosing one of the cases come from PubMed and drawing out a clinical question. Asking total 100 students to search literature and write search strategy, search results and the reason about the results by chosen (similar to appraisal evidence), and their self-evaluation of this process. Results Of the 100 students, 96 (96%) searched PubMed/MEDLINE, and 79 (79%) searched second research database, 28 (28%) searched Science Citation Index (Web of Science), 38 (38%) chosen one of ten articles according with the articles chosen by the overseas doctors. We found no students weren’t interesting in the education prescription, but 65 (65%) didn’t think the education prescription be easy achieved, at the same time they mentioned that the retrieval problems were solved or profited came from the practice. Conclusions Filling education prescription can attract students attention and induct them to learn the basic concept of EBM, and to practice how to searching evidence and the feedback of students can help improve on teaching work.

Based on previous investigations and discussions and considering the West China medical education as an example, this paper summarizes the difficulties that will be faced in the transformation and reform of modern medical education and discusses and analyzes the future direction of medical education reform.
