目的:通過病例復查,找出前牙樁冠修復工作中的問題及不足,使前牙樁冠修復技術更加完善。方法:收集臨床病例進行有關項目復查。結果:成品樁釘和鑄造樁核固位效果無差異,烤瓷冠滿意度100％。塑料冠外觀差,對齦組織刺激性大,遠期效果不理想。結論: 樁核的類型不影響樁冠的固位,金屬烤瓷冠是前牙樁冠理想的修復材料。
