嗜酸性粒細胞增多性蜂窩織炎(eosinophilic cellulitis,EC)又稱Wells綜合征(Wells’s syndrome),為一種復發性肉芽腫性皮炎,伴有嗜酸粒細胞浸潤。該病較少見,主要為成人發病,也可累及兒童。本文就嗜酸性粒細胞增多性蜂窩織炎的病因、臨床表現、組織病理改變、診斷和鑒別診斷、治療的研究進展進行綜述。
