急性肺損傷(acute lung injury,ALI)是臨床常見的呼吸系統急危重癥,其發病機制復雜,病死率高。腫瘤壞死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)是ALI發生、發展過程中非常重要的細胞因子。本文就TNF-α在ALI中的作用和以抗TNF-α為靶點治療ALI的相關研究進行綜述。
