目的:總結PFNA治療老年股骨轉子間骨折的臨床療效。方法:2007年1月至2008年3月用PFNA固定治療老年股骨轉子間不同類型骨折29例。結果:所有患者治療優良率為93.1%,功能恢復接近傷前水平。結論: 用PFNA固定治療老年患者股骨轉子間骨折,手術操作簡單,大大縮短手術時間,固定切實可靠,無斷釘及髖內翻畸形發生,能使患者早期進行患肢功能鍛煉及下床,大大降低長期臥床的并發癥,效果滿意。
