摘要:目的:研究分析德陽地區消化性潰瘍的流行病學特點,為其防治提供依據。方法:對我院2002年1月至2007年12月中經胃鏡檢查診斷為消化性潰瘍的病例的年齡、性別、發病季節、潰瘍部位、幽門螺桿菌感染和并發癥進行回顧性統計分析。結果:共檢出5820例消化性潰瘍,其中十二指腸潰瘍(DU)3696例,胃潰瘍(GU)1558例,復合性潰瘍(CU)566例。潰瘍患者男女比例為256:1。胃潰瘍患者平均年齡為4782歲,比十二指腸潰瘍患者大58歲。檢出率以冬季最高(3225%),夏季最低(2163%),具有統計學意義(P lt;001)。幽門螺桿菌感染陽性率為9082%。結論:消化性潰瘍的發生與季節、年齡、性別和部位相互有關,合并幽門螺桿菌感染者占絕大多數,并發癥發生率低。
