目的:探討ICU機械通氣患者使用腦電雙頻指數(BIS)指導鎮靜的臨床作用。方法:采用前瞻性完全隨機對照研究。將53例患者分為2組,分別用BIS和主觀評分進行鎮靜監測48h,設定SAS評分3~4分為鎮靜目標,評估臨床指標如機械通氣時間、ICU住院日、給藥率和肢體制動率的組間差異,評價BIS監測在機械通氣患者的臨床應用價值。結果: 兩組患者均達鎮靜目標,BIS監測較常規鎮靜監測組機械通氣時間(1733±1577d vs. 3983±5633d)和ICU住院日(2160±2045d vs. 4167±5581d)縮短,肢體制動率下降(4070%vs.7690%)(P lt;005),但給藥率無統計學意義(P gt;005)。結論:BIS監測可以縮短ICU患者的機械通氣時間和ＧICU住院日,減少肢體制動率。
