目的:觀察大劑量的激素聯合丙種球蛋白治療中毒性表皮壞死松解癥(TEN)的治療和護理效果。方法:收集我科2003年1月至2008年9月住院治療的15例經大劑量激素聯合丙種球蛋白治療的TEN患者,觀察治療及護理效果。結果:15例患者平均住院約17天均痊愈出院。結論:大劑量激素聯合丙種球蛋白治療效果好,同時嚴格的消毒隔離及皮膚黏膜的護理,對治愈此病起著重要作用。
