目的:總結60 例胃癌患者術后早期應用三腔喂養管行腸內營養支持的護理體會。方法:所有患者均于術晨放置三腔喂養管,術后早期行腸內營養支持,觀察患者胃腸道反應及血清蛋白營養指標變化(白蛋白、前白蛋白、轉鐵蛋白)。結果:術后1 天患者白蛋白、前白蛋白、轉鐵蛋白均明顯下降,術后10 天營養指標,明顯高于術后1 天(P lt;0.05)。結論:胃癌患者術后早期應用三腔喂養管行腸內營養支持可促進胃腸道功能的恢復,減少患者術后并發癥,減輕患者經濟負擔,是一種安全有效的營養支持方法。
