目的:比較針刺配合中國灸穴位貼敷與單純針刺治療膝骨關節的臨床療效。方法:將60例符合膝骨關節炎診斷的病員隨機分為針刺加中國灸治療組和單純針刺對照組,兩組均取穴血海、梁丘、犢鼻、膝眼、鶴頂、陽陵泉治療,治療組每天加用中國灸穴位貼敷治療。10次一療程,2個療程后觀察療效。結果:治療組30例中顯效20例,好轉8例,無效2例,總有效率為93.3%。對照組30例中顯效9例,好轉16例,無效5例,總有效率為83.3%。兩組有效率有顯著性差異（P lt;0.05）。結論:針刺配合中國灸穴位貼敷治療膝骨關節療效優于單純針刺。
