目的：探討地震傷員下肢骨折術后的有效康復護理方法。方法：總結分析70例汶川地震傷員的臨床康復護理。結果：通過迅速組建康復護理團隊，加強心理護理和康復訓練，確保了所有傷員無壓瘡及其他并發癥發生，所有傷員按計劃出院。結論：在專科康復護理團隊護理下，通過加強傷員的心理護理和康復訓練，使傷員能夠得到有效的治療，早日返回社會。
