【摘要】目的探討骨橋蛋白(OPN)聯合血清CA125和CA199水平對子宮內膜異位癥的診斷價值。方法2005年1月2008年12月采集45例子宮內膜異位癥患者及45名健康婦女自愿捐贈的血清樣品,分別采用ELISA法及化學發光法檢測OPN、CA125、CA199水平。結果與健康婦女相比,子宮內膜異位癥患者血清OPN和CA125、CA199含量明顯升高(P lt;001)。重度組(美國生育學會分期Ⅲ、Ⅴ期)子宮內膜異位癥患者OPN和CA125、CA199明顯高于輕度組(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)(P lt;001)。結論OPN、CA199可作為子宮內膜異位癥診斷及病情監測的臨床指標,聯合CA125檢測可提高其臨床應用價值。
