目的　依托四川大學華西醫院的臨床資源，建立了一個規范化、標準化的腫瘤組織標本庫，對臨床醫學研究提供了珍貴的資源。方法　于2009年6月創建四川大學華西醫院腫瘤組織標本庫、進行質量控制、規范化管理及總結實踐經驗。結果　從創建腫瘤組織標本庫至2012年2月，共收集各類腫瘤（胃、食管、肝、肺、腸、乳腺、胰腺、甲狀腺、縱隔、腎臟、喉、腦）組織標本44 609例，包括腫瘤組織、腫瘤旁組織（距離腫瘤組織2 cm的組織）和切緣遠端非腫瘤組織（距離腫瘤組織＞5 cm的組織）。對腫瘤組織標本進行有效和科學的管理，為科研提供了便利和高質量的資源。結論　建立了一個國際標準化、規范化、信息完善的腫瘤組織標本庫，可為腫瘤的發生、發展、轉移及生物標志物的研究提供高質量的標本。
