目的　提高睪丸內胚竇瘤的診治水平。方法　對2010年8月和2011年9月分別收治的2例睪丸內胚竇瘤診治資料進行分析并結合文獻復習。結果　2例均行患側睪丸腫瘤根治性切除術，術后分別隨訪3個月和1年，無局部復發及處轉移。結論　甲胎蛋白結合影像學檢查可提高睪丸內胚竇瘤的診斷率；根治術結合放射治療、化學治療能提高治愈率；甲胎蛋白可作為觀察療效的指標。
