目的　研究糖尿病、陽痿、慢性腎炎患者中篩選出的典型腎陽虛證病例的轉錄組學特征，揭示出腎陽虛證“同證異治”的生物學基礎。方法　分別對9例腎陽虛證患者進行Agilent人444k表達譜芯片實驗，對差異表達基因進行基因本休論（GO）、Pathway分析。結果　找出332條共同差異表達基因，其中有注釋的基因為181條。通過GO分析發現腎陽虛證在免疫系統、氨基酸分解和合成、脂類代謝、生殖、能量代謝及腫瘤相關的基因有密切聯系，通過Pathway分析發現與腎陽虛證相關的信號通路有39個。結論　腎陽虛證可能導致免疫系統低下，氨基酸分解和合成、脂類代謝、生殖、能量代謝功能降低，以及與腫瘤形成相關。
