光學相干斷層掃描(optical coherence tomography，OCT)是一種新的光學診斷技術，多焦視網膜電圖(multifocal electroretinography， M ERG)是一種新型的視覺電生理學技術。兩者對于黃斑部疾病的診斷、病情觀察、療效評價等均具有特別重要的價值。現就OCT、MERG在黃斑疾病手術前后黃斑區視網膜的解剖形態和 視功能評估方面的應用作一綜述。 (中華眼底病雜志,2001,17:169-170)
