早產兒視網膜病變（ROP）是兒童失明的主要原因之一，多種細胞 因子、蛋白質、酶和激酶等眾多因素均可能不同程度參與了ROP的形成過程。對ROP發病機制及影響因素的基礎研究，將有助于ROP發病機制的認識和理解并可能有助于尋找新的治療靶點。
