應用顯微外科科技術修復,本組帶血管的島狀皮瓣27例,吻合血管皮瓣52例。其中51例用帶感覺神經島狀皮瓣,吻合感覺神經皮瓣及感覺神經束植入皮瓣重建足底感覺功能,經2～5年隨訪,皮瓣外觀良好,足底觸、溫、痛覺恢復正常。
