1987年5月～1987年11月,治療6例尺神經癱瘓,用掌長肌加延長筋膜帶代第1背側骨間肌重建食指外展功能;用環指屈指淺肌劈開,一分為二經滑車自身懸吊糾正爪形手。術后隨訪18個月,爪形手完全糾正。食指達到了外展、屈曲、穩定。介紹了手術方法,詳細討論了手術的優缺點。
