從1983年起,應用顱面外科和顯微外科技術一期再造眼眶和結膜囊6例。應用髂骨或肋骨移植修復眶骨和頰骨缺損;用游離前臂皮瓣移植或游離背闊肌移植充填眼內,再造結膜囊。經3個月～22個月隨訪,效果良好。討論了手術的優點及經過放射治療病例的手術特殊性等。
