報道2例伴有主要血管和組織缺損較多的小腿不全離斷傷,應用顯微外科技術,移植主干帶小分支血管皮瓣、肌皮瓣和骨瓣,嵌接重建斷肢主要血管,同時修復組織缺損,使再植獲得成功。隨訪結果,功能恢復良好。
