1985年～1991年6月,應用陰囊縱隔皮瓣修復80例不同類型的先天性尿道下裂。成功率為96.2％,并發癥發生率為3.8％。3例并發癥均為尿道瘺。手術成功的關鍵是:正確的陰囊縱隔皮瓣設計,無創傷的手術操作,選用6/0尼龍線作為縫合材料。術后所有病例都不做恥骨上膀胱造瘺。
