報道43例腕掌側軟組織切割傷,共損傷動脈55條,神經67條,屈肌腱102條。均以顯微外科技術進行修復。經平均10個月隨訪,手功能恢復優良率為90％。討論了腕掌側區軟組織解剖與損傷關系,顯微清創的作用,以及修復損傷血管的重要性。精細、準確地一期修復屈肌腱,是手功能恢復的重要保證。
