應用吻合血管的前臂橈側皮瓣和小腿內側皮瓣移植，為３例因喉癌和１例食道癌切除所致下咽和頸段食道缺損的病人進行了一期重建術。術后再造食道通暢，吞咽功能良好。為下咽和頸段食道再造提供了一種安全有效的治療方法。
