我院1980年～1994年收治的四肢骨折合并周圍神經損傷58例，對其中45例采用顯微外科技術修復。經1～5年隨訪25例28條神經。總的優良率為71.42%，橈神經的優良率為86.7%，尺神經為33.3%。討論了骨折合并周圍神經損傷的特殊性，以及影響功能恢復的因素等。
