摘要 目的 總結3例創傷性室間隔缺損診斷和治療的經驗。 方法 1992年5月～1997年5月先后收治3例創傷性室間隔缺損，并施行了修補術。 結果 3例患者術后均恢復順利，無并發癥發生。 結論 在心臟開放傷中，應注意創傷性室間隔缺損的診斷，傷后8～12周是進行修補術的最好時機。
