肺曲霉病是由曲霉感染或吸入曲霉病原引起的一組急慢性肺部病變，臨床上一般將肺曲霉病分為曲菌球、變態反應性支氣管肺曲霉病和侵襲性肺曲霉病(IPA)三種類型，其中IPA危害最大、病死率最高。現將復旦大學附屬中山醫院呼吸科2005年4月～2007年4月診斷的11例IPA報告如下。
