目的：探討射頻配合藥物治療疣狀胃炎的療效。方法:將胃鏡診斷為疣狀胃炎患者68例隨機分為兩組，射頻配合藥物治療組用射頻波25～40W對病灶行一次性“ 燒灼”，術后口服奧美拉唑膠囊4周；藥物治療組使用奧美拉唑治療4周組作為對照組。兩組若幽門螺桿菌(HP)陽性者均給予根除HP治療。結果：射頻配合藥物治療組癥狀緩解/消失率及疣狀病灶消退率明顯優于藥物治療組（P＜0.01）。結論：射頻配合藥物治療疣狀胃炎是一種較理想的、值得推廣的有效方法，具有治療徹底，操作技術簡單,使用安全,病灶愈合快,治愈時間短,價格便宜,病人痛苦小等優點。
