目的:探討5·12汶川地震中脊柱骨折患者的外傷特點及治療體會,以便采用有效的診治措施。方法:以我科收治的地震傷致脊柱骨折患者113例為對象,從骨折部位、骨折類型、復合傷及外傷急救、骨折治療等方面進行分析。結果:所有脊柱骨折患者獲得較高的治愈率和較低的傷殘率。結論:正確的早期處理、全面的診治方案、及時有效的手術治療對脊柱骨折患者的救治有著極其重要的作用。
