目的探討護理可穿戴設備在長程視頻腦電監測的應用效果。方法通過回顧性觀察2021年11月—2022年3月期間在四川大學華西醫院癲癇中心進行長程視頻腦電監測的100例癲癇患者的視頻錄像，統計和記錄四川大學華西醫院癲癇中心醫護人員在患者癲癇發作后是否到達床旁、到達床旁時間及不良事件發生情況。結果回顧分析了100例癲癇患者，589次發作，其中226次（38.4%）發作醫護人員到達了床旁，在患者發作30s內到達床旁的有191次（52.7%）發作，未發生跌倒、墜床、舌咬傷等不良事件。結論護理可穿戴設備能有效輔助長程視頻腦電監測的開展，提高了醫護人員的主動護理與干預效率，縮短了護士的平均應答時間，為癲癇患者提供更為安全的護理保障。
