癲癇患者面臨沉重的生理、心理、經濟負擔，生活質量顯著下降。癲癇患者生活質量的影響因素包括社會經濟學、癲癇自身、共病以及抗癲癇治療諸多因素。癲癇疾病管理的目的不應局限于控制發作，還需及早發現并干預患病個體存在的生活質量影響因素，提高其生活質量。文章將對癲癇患者生活質量及其影響因素的研究進展進行概述。
