Cochrane協作網（www.cochrane.org）是世界上最大的致力于制作、保存和提升衛生保健干預效果系統評價可及性的國際組織。它擁有100多個參與國，主要與負責制作和保存Cochrane系統評價的各Cochrane系統評價組相關。從2000年起，依靠散在各國的各Cochrane系統評價組活躍成員已完成系統評價的定期審核。至2010年初，協作網已從2000年約5 500人增加至近28 000人。Cochrane活動發展迅速，Cochrane系統評價和計劃書的作者人數增長尤為突出。2000年，各Cochrane系統評價組有2 840個注冊作者。到2010年初，注冊作者數已升至21 000人以上。
