提高醫療服務質量、確保病人安全是當前醫學教育及培訓面臨的巨大挑戰。今天的醫生及醫務工作者 應具備良好的溝通能力,掌握如何在臨床實踐中鑒別、預防和處理不良事件及接近過失事件(near misses),如何使 用當前獲得的證據及相關信息,如何安全有效地在團隊中工作,如何在實踐中教授和學習病人安全知識,如何根據 認可的倫理原則服務公眾。
