目的通過分析肺肉瘤樣癌的臨床表現、影像學和病理特點及治療轉歸, 增加對其認識, 提高對它的診斷和治療。方法回顧性分析我院2011年6月至2013年10月經住院治療并得到病理診斷的10例肺肉瘤樣癌患者的臨床資料。結果 10例患者中男6例, 女4例。發病年齡40~73(57.1±11.0)歲。6例有吸煙史。臨床癥狀與其他類型非小細胞肺癌無明顯差別。經組織病理均診斷為肺肉瘤樣癌。8例接受手術治療, 2例因不能手術直接行化療。10例患者中ⅠA期4例, ⅠB期1例, ⅡA期1例, ⅡB期1例, ⅢA期1例, Ⅳ期2例。8例術后患者4例行化療, 現今存活; 4例未化療, 2例術后半年死亡, 2例IA期患者觀察3個月和1年后未出現復發及轉移征象。2例因轉移未能手術患者中, 1例化療2年后死亡, 1例化療半年后存活。結論肺肉瘤樣癌是一種罕見疾病, 多發于老年吸煙男性。診斷主要依靠病理和免疫組化染色明確診斷。手術是其主要的診斷和治療方法, 但預后較差。
