目的分析結直腸顆粒細胞瘤（granular cell tumor，GCT）患者臨床資料，為臨床診治結直腸 GCT 提供參考。方法報道筆者所在單位收治的 1 例結腸 GCT 患者資料，并以“colonic granular cell tumor”“rectal granular cell tumor”和“granular cell tumor”為英文關鍵詞以及以“顆粒細胞瘤”“結腸顆粒細胞瘤”和“直腸顆粒細胞瘤” 為中文關鍵詞，計算機檢索 PubMed 數據庫、CNKI 以及萬方數據庫 1981–2020 年期間有關 GCT 的文獻，共收集到 109 例，進一步分析這 110 例 GCT 患者的臨床資料。結果 GCT 的治療方法主要有內鏡下切除、全腹腔鏡下切除、腹腔鏡下輔助切除、開腹手術等，其中內鏡下切除術為直徑小于 2 cm 的 GCT 首選治療方法；GCT 術后是否行化療以及化療方案選擇尚無統一標準。結論多數 GCT 均可在內鏡下切除，因其罕見性使得很難以制定標準的治療方案。惡性 GCT 是一種相對化學耐藥的腫瘤，根治性切除是治愈的保障。
