目的探討改良 V-Y 皮瓣成型術在骶尾部藏毛竇治療中的效果。方法回顧性分析 2011～2014 年期間我院采用切除竇道、改良 V-Y 皮瓣成型術治療的 12 例骶尾部藏毛竇患者的臨床病例資料。結果 12 例患者均一期愈合，無皮瓣壞死、皮下血腫及切口裂開，隨訪 1～4 年，均無復發。結論從本組有限的病例資料結果來看，改良 V-Y 皮瓣成型術治療骶尾部藏毛竇效果較好，操作簡單，術后美觀。
