目的總結MRI檢查對布加綜合征（BCS）的診斷價值。方法回顧性分析2010年10月至2014年10月期間于昆明醫科大學第一附屬醫院行MRI平掃及增強掃描的14例BCS患者的MRI圖像資料。結果 14例BCS患者的MRI直接征象為肝靜脈和（或）下腔靜脈狹窄或阻塞，并據此分為Ⅰa型2例，Ⅰb型1例，Ⅱb型4例，Ⅲa型1例，Ⅳa型1例，Ⅳb型5例。8例急性BCS患者中，3例肝內靜脈形成陳舊性血栓，1例下腔靜脈內有血栓形成；8例肝臟呈彌漫性腫大，6例伴有腹水和脾腫大，1例伴有膽囊水腫；5例行MRI平掃示肝實質信號不均勻，增強后肝實質呈中心強化，周邊強化減弱；2例出現肝外側支循環，1例出現肝內側支循環。6例慢性BCS患者中，3例肝臟體積縮小，1例尾狀葉代償性肥大，2例肝內出現多發再生結節；4例伴有腹水和脾腫大，1例伴有膽囊水腫；6例行MRI平掃示肝實質信號不均勻，增強后4例呈“地圖樣”強化，2例肝臟中央部分出現斑片狀強化，而周邊部分強化程度相對較低，延遲掃描時肝臟呈較均勻強化；6例出現肝外側支循環，其中1例伴有肝內側支循環。結論 MRI圖像能夠顯示BCS的直接或間接征像，是診斷急、慢性BCS的重要的無創性檢查方法。
