目的結合近期收治的1例肝臟血管周上皮樣細胞腫瘤（perivascular epitheliod cell tumor，PEComa）的病例特點，總結該疾病的診治體會。方法回顧分析2013年9月筆者所在醫院成功收治的1例肝臟原發PEComa的診治過程，并結合既往文獻報道，總結和復習該疾病的臨床特點以及處理方法。結果肝臟PEComa較為罕見，起病隱匿，癥狀缺乏特異性，臨床診斷困難，多依賴病理學檢查證實，手術切除是有效的治療手段。結論提高本病影像學特征的認識有助于術前腫瘤性質的判斷，本病預后較好，但術后仍需要長期密切觀察隨訪。
