目的總結肛周壞死性筋膜炎（PNF）的臨床特點、診斷及治療方法。方法回顧性分析我院肛腸外科2007年1月至2012年12月期間收治的22例PNF患者的臨床資料。結果全部病例均行手術治療，術中徹底清創，術后給予抗炎、對癥、支持治療。痊愈18例，死亡4例。痊愈病例隨訪6個月未見復發。結論 PNF早期臨床表現無特異性，診斷主要依據臨床表現及相關影像學檢查，治療以手術為主，早期診斷，及時治療，是治愈PNF、降低死亡率的關鍵。
