目的探索食管癌、賁門癌、賁門失弛緩癥術后胸腔感染的有效處理方法。方法選取我院胸外科2012年1月至2014年6月間因食管癌、賁門癌、賁門失弛緩癥手術并發食管胸腔瘺的患者42例，分為常規+臭氧治療組和常規治療組。常規治療組28例，男22例、女6例，年齡54～78（63.5±6.8）歲，行胸腔閉式引流、抗感染、營養支持治療；常規+臭氧治療組14例，男11例、女3例，年齡39～74（64.7±9.1）歲，行常規治療+臭氧胸腔保留灌注治療。結果兩組年齡、性別、體重差異均無統計學意義（P＞0.05），常規+臭氧治療組療效明顯優于常規治療組：住院時間更短（P=0.017），住院費用更低（P=0.016），死亡率[0.00%（0/14）vs. 10.71%（3/28）]更低。結論臭氧具有便捷、殺菌、消毒、不良反應以及促進膿腔吸收的作用，可以提高治療效果，縮短住院時間，減少住院費用，值得臨床推廣和運用。
