目的評價三排釘傾碟頭吻合器在食管癌、賁門癌根治術中的臨床應用價值，評價其吻合口成形后的效果。方法回顧性研究分析江蘇大學附屬武進醫院及河北省邯鄲市中心醫院2012年10月至2014年5月使用新型三排釘吻合器行食管胃吻合術260例患者的臨床資料。其中男185例、女75例，年齡48～75（63±8）歲，均在全身麻醉下行食管癌切除+食管胃吻合術。統計其術后吻合口狹窄、吻合口瘺、吻合口出血的發生率并分析總結其臨床意義。結果全組260例患者均吻合成功，無機械故障，無術后死亡。術后發生吻合口狹窄3例，發生率10%，均為早期吻合口加固縫合的30例，后期未加固縫合的病例無狹窄發生。吻合口瘺8例，發生率3.1%，均發生于食管胃頸部吻合病例。無吻合口出血發生。結論三排釘傾碟頭吻合器使用安全、方便，吻合后不需外層加固，尤其適用于難以暴露的吻合部位。
